Key Executive Coaching

We offer one-on-one coaching for owners and senior managers to enhance organizational performance, organizational development and communications.  Areas covered in executive coaching sessions range from issues directly linked to achieving the firm’s vision, to operational issues.  In addition to coaching, we act as sounding boards for new ideas and strategies.

Our executive coaching services for key executives typically involve building on strengths rather than attempting to make wholesale personality changes.  We function in a mentoring role where key executives can test ideas and intended actions before they are disseminated or implemented.
